REGAN TO CONNECT WITH STUDENTS THROUGH LEGISLATURE BLOG

(Halifax, NS) Starting today, Bedford-Birch Cove Liberal MLA Kelly
Regan will be sharing her thoughts and experiences with constituents and
followers on her new life in the Nova Scotia Legislature.

Regan will blog daily while the legislature is in session on the new
Liberal caucus website, www.nsliberalcaucus.ca, giving readers an
insider’s view on our elected representatives at work in Canada’s
oldest legislature.

“I hope my blog will open a window on what it’s like to be in the
House,” says Regan. “Our Liberal caucus wants to give anyone who is
interested a new way of seeing their government and relating to it,
maybe for the first time.”

Regan’s blog is one of several tools the caucus office and Liberal
MLAs are using to reach out to their constituents, relate their
experiences and share some personal information about their role and
daily life in politics.

“We’re inviting all Nova Scotians - especially students across the
province - to email us their questions and comments,” adds Regan.
“I’m excited to have that one-on-one dialogue with the people of
our province.”
