Tin Mine Road

Sign our petition to call on the government to get the Tin Mine Road repaved and upgraded, so it can be a safe and sustainable alternate route for drivers in the province’s southwest.

The recent wildfires in Yarmouth County and Shelburne County exposed the lack of viable alternate travel routes in the region.

​

The Tin Mine Road (Route 203) is the only alternate route to the 103 connecting Yarmouth and Shelburne, and is in terrible condition. The road is treacherous to cross and damaging to vehicles.

The Tin Mine Road is not on the province’s Five Year Plan, but needs to be added – add your name today to show the government that it belongs on the list.
